This award-winning sparkling wine comes from the Emilia Romana region of Italy.Region: Emilia Romana. Since the early 1990's, Venturini Baldini has been producing only organically certified products, and was the first in the region and one of the first in Italy to switch to an entirely organic production. Made of the Lambrusco varieties of Sorbara and Grasparossa, grown on clay-rich soils, this wine has a fragrant nose of roses and ripe plums, and is clean, dry, and refreshing on the palate. A perfect start to any meal, or a picnic in the park.
