Fiorini Becco's Rosso Lambrusco Grasparossa is made mostly of organically farmed Lambrusco grapes from the Grasparossa di Castelvetro region but softened by the addition of a little Lancellotta. Maceration on the skins occurs over 1 week, while the charmat secondary fermentation lasts 60 days. Residual sugar: 1-2 g/L. This is a bright, lightly sparkling red with notes of raspberry and plum.
